Glow by the Sea: Policies and Procedures
Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to Glow by the Sea, as they are reserved especially for you. We understand that schedule adjustments are sometimes unavoidable and unexpected issues can arise. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations.
Please keep in mind that forgetting or canceling your appointment without sufficient notice means we miss the opportunity to accommodate other clients on our waiting list. For this reason, appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance.
Cancellation without 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge equivalent to *20% of you treatment at full price.
After three “no-show” appointments, the client will no longer be able to book services with Glow by the Sea.
This policy helps us manage our schedule and serve clients more efficiently.
Late Arrivals
Please be aware that arriving late for your appointment may require shortening the length of your treatment, with full charges applied, to avoid inconveniencing other clients. Unfortunately, we cannot extend the scheduled time for late arrivals.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in forfeiting your appointment, And 20% of the full price of your treatment will be charged.
Scheduling Policy
Appointments may need to be rescheduled if there is a conflict with personal commitments (such as skin training or family events). Clients will be notified within 2 months of their booking to arrange a new appointment time.

Booking Online
To book an appointment online:
1). Select the “Glow by the Sea” Book Now icon.
2) Choose from the list of available services.
3) Pick your preferred date and time to book your appointment.
